Built from shared values and vision
JacksonStone & Partners was established in 2011 by a team of executive search and recruitment specialists, including Lindsay Jackson, Richard Stone, Annabel McCallum, Andrew Watson, and Darryl Templeman. Later, David Hollander joined the Directors, and Darryl Templeman retired. The founding members had previously worked together and shared a similar work style and ethic. From their shared ethos, JacksonStone & Partners was formed with the goal of becoming the leading executive search and recruitment partner that we are today.

From joining New Zealand’s largest recruitment company to today
In 2019, JacksonStone & Partners became part of the Accordant Group, which has grown to become New Zealand’s largest recruitment company and the only staffing provider listed on the NZX.
Since becoming a part of the Accordant Group, Richard Stone, Annabel McCallum and Lindsay Jackson stepped back from the business, with Richard joining the Accordant New Zealand board as a director. David Hollander and Andrew Watson remained active in the business, leading the team and continuing to work closely with clients. Since David moved on in late 2022, Andrew Watson has held the position of Managing Partner, leading the daily operations.
